By accessing or using TradingRight ("the Service") at tradingright.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
TradingRight provides charting, market-cycle analysis, strategy-rule evaluation, bar replay, paper (simulated) trading, backtesting, and related tools based on Al Brooks price-action methodology. All trading in the Service is simulated/paper trading — no real orders are placed and no brokerage account is connected.
3. Not financial advice & risk disclaimer
The Service, its signals, analysis, grades, and any output are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and are not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or instrument.
Trading stocks, futures, options, and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance and backtested or simulated results do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional before trading.
4. Market data
Market data is provided by third-party sources (including Alpaca) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Data on free feeds is typically delayed (e.g., ~15 minutes). Do not rely on the Service's data for real-time trading decisions.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by TradingRight or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Charting is powered by Lightweight Charts. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingRight and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
9. Third-party links and ads
The Service may contain advertising and links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.
10. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, unless otherwise required by your local law.
